Heather has 20+ years of strategy consulting experience at McKinsey & Co., Monitor Institute, and Open Impact.  She works with leaders, organizations and networks to craft bespoke strategies that achieve impact.

Heather designs, advises, and runs leadership programs focused on social impact.  Recent examples include the Irvine New Leadership Network, and the Women's Leadership & Wellbeing Award, supported by Jennifer Haas.

Heather is regularly asked to facilitate board and executive conversations that achieve breakthrough insights. 

She is an expert moderator, able to integrate diverse perspectives and ideas that advance the conversation.
